WHAT TO DO NEXT:

You will come back the following Sunday after you've tried out for a re-evaluation. Please arrive at 3:30pm to turn in paperwork and payment. Re-evaluation will be from 4pm - 6pm at Austintown Middle School.

The next time everyone comes back will be December 5th for uniform fittings and parent meeting.
 

WHAT TO BRING NEXT SUNDAY:
 

 

  1. Payment of $400.00, check made to "Thunder VBC" or cash only.

  2. A signed contract of both player and parent/guardian, after both have read the contract entirely.

  3. A signed Lindsey's Law Form, by both player and parent/guardian.

  4. A copy of your OVR card, if not already given.
